The No Marking Method For Borders.

I have been busy trying to get samples made for a book and two magazines. I have a deadline so pressures on. I hope to post at least once a month and thank my followers for tuning in to my blog.
Today I share with you the joy of not having to mark quilt designs on borders. I purchase examination paper, the kind used on examination tables. You can find this at a medical supply house. I was fortunate enough to buy a roll from my local clinic. It's very reasonable. At least it was when I purchased it about a year ago. Cut the paper the same size as your border. Trace the desired quilting design on it. Pin the marked paper to the border and machine stitch following the traced lines. When completed tear the paper away. It works great. Try this on blocks too.
Well it's off to the sewing room for me as that's what brings me pleasure.
